<div class="postbody">IMO an ubuntu distribution is enough for beginners and to test new products, so you can provide an image with GUI and create shortcuts on the desktop etc etc.<br />
Debian is more for advanced users, it is really server oriented and will be probably used for image which are 'Cloud ready'.</div>
