In my mind, statistics as you have mentioned should be provided by the container. So you can have stats even if the component is not able to provide them.<br />

Right but imagine you want to deploy the component on another JBI container? (Same as the WSDM in a component). <br />
I do not think that some stats at the component level (CDK) are bad.</div>
