[Users] Transformation of files using BC-FT and SE-Talend

The snapshot version of the File Transfer BC is broken: it does not work on
previous containers.
I expect / hope it will be soon fixed.

If you cannot wait, you can try to compile it directly or to manually add
the missing library in the component archive. The missing library is
EasyCommons.
