[Users] Problem with BC-mail

So, I've using the Environment variable to specify location of folder INBOX
(they haven't indicated this Environment variable in documentation).

if it's wrong what i do, how can i specify location of folder INBOX? and
then what is the problem in configuration of my component bc-mail????
