[Users] Problem in installing webconsole 2.0.4

Hi,

Thanks for replying. The problem got resolved when I upgraded my JDK to JDK
1.6 update 24(earlier I was using JDK 1.6 update 4). I think the problem was
linked to JAXB and JDK version. Looks like the latest version of JDK solves
this problem.

Any way following are the versions I am working on

1. Tomcat ver 7.0.16
2. PETALS platform 3.1.1
3. Single node
