[Users] Compilation de Petals

Bonjour,

Cet artefact est disponible sur notre "repository" maven dans la partie 
"others" 
(http://maven.petalslink.com/others/org/eclipse/jdt/core/3.3.0.771/).
L'erreur survenue est étrange car normalement maven récupère l'artefact 
sur notre "repository".
Cependant, il est possible de télécharger l'artefact à la main et de 
l'installer via maven.
