I don't understand when you say: "But I got un error below when the test with Eclipse ..."
Actually, It is impossible to deploy and test a SU from eclipse.
Try to use the admin console of PEtALS to deploy the SA. If you have the same error, try to change the endpoint name "petals:autogenerate" in the JBI and WSDL file by "bpelTestEndpoint".
