[Users] Can't install component usecases : sa-simplehelloworld.zip

In petals-quickstart-2.2-en.pdf, Chapter 3.2 :

"Once the components are installed, unzip the use case Helloworld, located in usecases/petalssimplehelloworld.
zip. Deploy and start the contained SA named sa-simplehelloworld.zip with the Web console
administration section."

I have the same problem with other samples from the internet.
