[Users] Features on JSR181 to replace POJO

Okay, so nobody may say "use the JSR181 in place of the POJO" :D
And I switch today to the POJO for all the specific development "message oriented"? And I see the JSR181 just as a tool to plug into the ESB the "already existing java code"?
