[Users] SOAP : WSDL Proxy problem

Hi. :)

The location attribute of the soap:address mark-up was not updated in the WSDL which is in PEtALS.
If you imported the WSDL with the Eclipse plug-ins, it might be an error with them (they should have changed the value of this attribute).

You should replace the current value by the endpoint name you have in the jbi.xml, i.e. SoapEchoEndpoint in your case.
