[Users] Strange EndPoint behaviour

According to the source code of the petals-sample-client,  if the specified endpoint is not valid, it is not used in the message exchange. Why ? In the main use-cases, endpoint names are autogenerated. When developping, you install/uninstall your SU/SA many times. At each time the endpoint name is changed because it is genereated during installation phase. So to avoid to change the enpoint name value in the petals-sample client, it is ignored if it is not a right one.
