[Users] Not getting juddi page

Hi, 

I am using Petals Quickstart version and luckily its working fine  :) . But I am not able to see  anything in JUDDI Admin page in web console.
As per the Petals user guide, I have installed Juddi 2.0rc6 with Tomcat 6.0 and MySQL 5.1 in my computer. 

I need this page to register new web service in Petals. Can anyone give some suggestion on it, please??
