[Users] Error when installing Eclipse Plugin

Hi Florent. :)

As François stated it, the PEtALS SCA plug-in relies on the SCA Tools project from Eclipse STP.
An intermediate update site for SCA Tools is available on the forge of the plug-ins (see the main topic about PEtALS plug-inds for the address).

If you don't need SCA, just unselect it and continue the installation.
When PEtALS plug-ins have special dependencies, it is mentionned in the Eclipse plug-ins topic, in the Available components list.
