[Users] Problem with components auto-load

Hello,

Running PEtALS 2.4 in console mode (-c option) and trying with quickstart and standalone versions, I can't get components auto-load working. I copy a .zip file in the "install" directory and nothing happens. the file don't move and is not deleted. There's nothing in the console or in the logs\petalsYYYY-MM-DD.log file.

Installing and starting the component from the same file (petals-bc-soap-3.2.zip for example) is working great with the web console.
