[Users] Testing external WebService exposed on PEtALS

I have another question JBI service exposed as WebServices. After the SA and SU have been deployed and started, the WebService is available at c. Is there a way to get the WSDL like http://192.168.0.89:8084/petals/services/AS2MessageReceiverList?wsdl ? or we should manage and communicate the WSDL files in a separate process?
