Sorry for the response time, we just had public holidays in France. Which was lovely.

Unfortunately (or fortunately), we don't support EIP v1.4 on community anymore (wiki pages are deprecated as well).
You should download EIP v 2.3.1 on component page (http://petals.ow2.org/download-jbi-components.html)

I am very curious about how you went to use EIP 1.4 however, in order to upgrade the link to it.
If your company already uses EIP 1.4, you might consider upgrading, or take a support subscription !
