Hi,

Everything depend on what you mean by 'dynamically'.
If you elect an enpoint 'dynamically', it means that you have to choose your enpoint by some cryteria;
What are you cryteria? WSDLs? endpoints prefix names? XPath on an source of a normalized exchange?

Comparing your cryterias and the JBI components available, you may find the matching one.
But maybe you will have to develop your own JBI component.
