[Users] proxy service problem

Hello Martin, I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

That comes from a command that wasn't checked before being executed (under Windows).

I have performed the correction and modification tested on Windows.

I have commited the modification on the PEtALS trunk.

Can you get back the modification ?

Normally, you have just to:

- package once again the webconsole.

- deploy once again the webconsole.war into your servlet container or your application server.
