[Users] WS Framework for Petals ESB?

The petals kernel is not based on any WS stack (where others are like WSO2 ESB, Apache Synapse...).
petals implements the JBI specification and provide a collection of JBI components (mediators). Some of them are based on petals component framework and on external WS stack. For example, the SOAP mediator uses Apache Axis2 to expose and consume web services.
