[Users] Start PEtALS as a Windows Service

I installed PEtALS as a Windows Service using JavaService.
The issue I had with BC-SOAP is resolved if you first install an empty PEtALS and then you install BC-SOAP.

However, I have a trouble at every shutting down. The lock file is not removed. Then, the service is not able to start.

Someone allready solved this? (With something else than removing lock file in startup.bat...  [Rolling Eyes] )
