[Users] How to use an external Web Service in PEtALS ?

I have the same problem my input is :

<Launch_Converter>
<sFile>C:\Temp2\test_file_1234.csv</sFile>
<iDocType>1</iDocType>
<sContract>test</sContract>
</Launch_Converter>

And my output is :

FAULT : <soapenv:Fault xmlns:soapenv="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/"><faultcode>soapenv:Server</faultcode><faultstring>namespace mismatch require http://ws.apache.org/axis2 found none</faultstring><detail></detail></soapenv:Fault>



Where and how do i have to put the required namespace in the input?
