[Users] Mail BC use

Hi,
I use Petals in an architecture with an external webservice exposed by Petals and this webservice create a file. Then i want,  send this file by mail using the component  petals-bc-mail-3.0.2. 
What is the best way??:
- expose the mail component with petals SOAP? 
- send the mail message with 

<mail>
<user>sender at mail.com</user>
<password>psswd</password>
<from>sender at mail.com</from>
<reply>sender at mail.com</reply>
<to>target at mail.com</to>
<subject>test JBI mail</subject>
<body>blah blah</body>
</mail>
to the endpoint adress?

And what is the tag for the attached file??
or is there any other way to send the JBI message to petals in order to send the mail with an attached file.
