[Users] The petalsviewDB.sql script

Hi, 

the petalsviewDB.sql file isn't necessary anymore. Databases tables are automatically created when the server launches for the first time. If you however want to recover the file, it's available in the new Petals View package (.zip), in the /SQLScript folder.
