[Users] Petals ESB 3.03, maintenance release

Hi !

Just to say that Petals ESB 3.0.3 was released, as a maintenance release.
There was huge performance optimizations, in some specific distributed context.

Ugraded components will come soon, mainly for supporting notification/EDA.
For now, current components are still working on the 3.0.3 ESB

(note: looks like the website petals.ow2.org doesn't always update in firefox. Weird to say that, be you might have to press "F5" in your browser to see the 3.0.3 download link)
