[Users] BPEL - Partner Link Type - WSDL

Hi,

I wanted to test the BPEL functions of Petals Studio. I'm just trying to invoke a web service: http://www.webservicex.net/WS/WSDetails.aspx?WSID=53&CATID=12
I created a new Partner Link and then in the details window I click on browse to pick up a partner link type.

A new window appears and I click on "Add WSDL", I choose URL, I type: http://www.webservicex.net/usweather.asmx?WSDL and I get an error saying that it could not load this WSDL... Weird :)

Therefore, I saved the WSDL in my project and clicked again on "Add WSDL", I chose my wsdl file and the panel "Partner Link Type Structure" stays empty. This panel is not empty when I choose the file process.wsdl for example, as you can see on the following pictures.

Am I doing anything wrong?
