When you in voke a soap consume directly with a soap consume, the following mecanism is used:
1) in the soap request genrated by soapui, you have an http header called soapaction (its value is defined in the wsdl, and should be unique for an operation)
2) the soap consume analyses the soap request and extract the soapaction, and retrieves the operation to be called. These operation is set as jbi operation in the messageExchange.
3) the soap provide receives the message exchange, get the jbi operation, and retrieves in the wsdl the soapaction to set in the soap request it sends to the web service.
4) the web service retrieves the operation based on the saopaction header.

When you use an eip between the soap provide and consume, you must specify the operation.
