[Users] BPEL - FTP - WSDL

Have you copied both WSDLs in your BPEL project?
The binding is in ftp.wsdl, while the operations are in the second WSDL.

The one to use in the BPEL then is the ftp.wsdl. 
Just make sure the import is found.
