[Users] [BPEL] Can't deploy. "Unable to check package"

Hi Julien,

Can you please provide me the link for petals-se-bpel. The one available on web with name petals-se-bpel-1.0.2.zip is giving error while running on Petals platform. 
I am able to install it successfully, but while running it is giving following error:
