[Users] Error when I'm trying to install the SE-Notification compone

Petals stopped : 
in ${PETALS_HOME}/installed, remove possibly existing petals-se-notification artifact
in ${PETALS_HOME}/repository/components, remove existings directory of petals-se-notification installations
edit ${PETALS_HOME}/repository/system-state.xml to conform the changes

and restart petals

if there is still no changes, try shutdown : *cleaning all artifacts*
