[Users] Need Help with ESB

Hi Im new to SOA. can someone please tell me how VS.NET implements ESB? 
Secondly, How is BPEL implemented in .NET ? As Oracle has a separate module for implementing BPEL web services. Is it the same thing to use WCF iN .NET as using BPEL component for Oracle???
