[Users] Problem using quickstart sample

Hi Tito,

The "PEtALS Qickstart" is not maintained anymore, and merged into one 
sigle version : "Petals ESB".
Maybe the Quickstart is not compatible with latest releases of ant.

If that is possible, you might use Petals ESB 3.0.5 instead...
