[Users] WebConsole : NPE when one node is stopped

Hi all,

I've got 2 nodes running into my petals domain.
When I stop one of this node then refresh the web console (F5),  the petals web console throws a NullPointerException.
I have to close my navigator then reconnect to the web console if i want to avoid this error.
