[Users] How to generate a WSDL 1

Hi,
By doing a SVN chech out of the Petals trunk and processing 'mvn' at the root, 
Being patient...and have a good internet connection.

You'll have the BC SOAP proxy at components-sls/petals-bc-soapproxy/target
