[Users] BPEL sample weather error

Hi,

Finally, I have finished this simple case.

What I did is

	 Using Studio 1.0 to generate BPEL SA

	 But I have to use Studio 1.0 Beta to generate SOAP endpoint SA for BPEL use

	 Add proxy in SOAP SA. (IE proxy setting doesn't work?)

	 Move ESB to short path folder



Currently, I still do not know why the SOAP generated by Studio 1.0 can't be deployed.
