[Users] Petals ESB, Problem in Startup and Shutdown

Hi,

Actually I am not able to get any logs folder and locked file in Petals Folder. I think there is some problem in starting the Petals ESB. 

I have removed the Petals ESB and pasted a new petals, still I am getting the same thing.
