It's not about linking flows with other flows, but linking a flow with a referential. 
To synchronize your flows with the referential, you must verify if the type is the same for both your referential and in the .xsl (processType) of su-kpi.
Please refer to provided documentation GuideInstallation. ;)

As a side note, a new version will soon be released, with wizards to facilitate referential/flows synchronization.
