[Users] problem with last Petals view

Hi, 

It may be that the web app hasn't been correctly deployed, check your apache-tomcat logs (catalina.out).

A lead to resolve your problem: 
If you have created petals-view.properties while following the PetalsView-GuideInstallation.pdf, there was a mistake in documentation (it has been fixed). You must specify these informations: 

## user role list
role.list.file.url = /WEB-INF/spring/roles.properties
group.list.file.url = /WEB-INF/spring/role-groups.properties
user.list.file.url = /WEB-INF/spring/users.properties
password.list.file.url = /WEB-INF/spring/passwords.properties

By the way, the documentation is updated.
