[Users] No flow dates in the global view

Hi!
I have a little problem in the flow monitoring with the petals view, the date of some flows does not appear in the global view of the flows, but it appears in the part ‘step’ of the flow details.

I have noticed that the dates are present in the data base. 

I don't know how to solve this problem.

Could you help me?
