[Users] No flow dates in the global view

It seems to flow without start date and end date, the step recorded in the database doesn't match your referential (it hasn't success message defined). 
You should define it in your referential, but a single step may be defined as start date and/or end date.
Your problem seems to be that your start step and/or end step aren't notified, so aren't recorded in database.
