Indeed. That's why I asked you to post your jbi.xml from the SA.
I have been able to reproduce your error with a sample I created.
The SU are correctly built. 
For the SA, mvn compile works, but mvn install throws the same error you have.

I'm looking for the source of the error and for a fix...
