[Users] Petals Master Functionality

Hi Philippe,
Indeed PetalsLink's Labs works on such subjects (see SEMEUSE project http://www.semeuse.org/ for example).
Main idea is to define SLA contracts base on WS-Agreement inside Petals Master and then verify / enforce such requirements for Petals ESB services at run-time.
Other feature we worked on is late binding mechanism that allow to chose at run-time the best service according to QoS constraints. Such mechanism are implemented thanks to extended activities provided by Petals BPEL.

These features are not yet implemented into the Petals Master product since they are at the prototype level right now.
