We need more traces to determine the cause of the problem.

Can you activate the debug mode on the BC-SOAP and send us the traces of errors.
To enable the debug mode, you have to add the following line in the loggers.properties file (you find it in the conf folder of the Petals installation). 
logger.Petals.Container.Components.petals-bc-soap.level DEBUG.
