[Users] Petals ESB+Master+View+Studio package

Hi,

Many of you started using Petals by just testing it (or are testing it NOW !).
One problem is the time it takes before getting anything to work.
One guy created a Petals ISO, including and Ubuntu, with Petals ESB, View, Studio and Master, all preconnected.

The idea is :
- Simple. Boot on it, or run in VMWare
- Pre-configured, with all Petals tools.

For now, it's just published on the forum.
