[Users] Version added automatically into the SA name: why?

You are right, we should have the same processing for all artifact type.

But, in my mind, the classic attitude should be to take into account versioning at the first deploiement, because you can't force all ESB clients (if you know all) to upgrade to the new version. That's why a service contract should be extended with information as running period, supported load, no usage of bug...
We have two different views about this point, so a choice should be taken.

I will add this point in the roadmap.
