[Users] Petals ESB announcements (now for SE-BPEL 1.0.3)

This thread is for small or big announcements for Petals ESB.

Petals SE BPEL 1.0.3 just got released for community.
It is a maintenance version, mostly with better performances (Up to four times faster on our tests).
Few bugs were fixed as well (no bug fixes list, sorry... This will come on the next release)
