[Users] "import" WSDL in an other WSDL ?

WSDL imports can only handle URL.
To make it available as an URL, and since there is no JBI scheme, you will have to expose it as an HTTP URL.
It means exposing your BPEL as a Web Service, using the Petals SOAP component.
