[Users] Production run mode under Windows

Hi,

There is unfortunatly no daemon mode with Windows scripting.
The solution is to register a Windows Service, but nobody has done that yet.

This is not a priority for the moment, as most of our users exploit Petals on Linux OSs.

Any contribution is welcomes.
