You can't.
Once again, the Petals FTP component does not aim at replacing a FTP client.
If you want this component to upload a file on a FTP server, then this file must:
	Either be sent as an attachment to the FTP service (solution to use upload files - operation 
mput).
	Be created from the request sent to the FTP service (which means the file will be a XML file - operation 
put).
