[Users] How to use petals web console with Web Services who need security headers

I noticed that if I send a request with soapUI

There is this properties in "IN Normalized Message Details" section

javax.jbi.messaging.protocol.headers 
{{http://docs.oasis-open.org/wss/2004/01/oasis-200401-wss-wssecurity-secext-1.0.xsd}Security=[#document-fragment:
null]}

Maybe it can remind something to someone who can helps me..
