Bonjour. 

Je rajoute 2 liens qui pourront vous aider : 
Accéder à une base de données au travers d'un service Petals
Exposer un service Petals en tant que service web

Quant au fonctionnement des composants, je pense qu'il n'y aura aucun souci avec le SOAP. 
Et voilà la documentation du composant SQL au cas où. 

Par contre, tout est en anglais...
